This morning my internet with Sky was terminated to facilitate change of address. Since the termination I have been unable to make or receive phone calls on my mobile in spite of clicking over to mobile network. Have any of you had a similar problem and how was it dealt with please.ex

@Chip11 Your internet service with Sky would have nothing to do with your mobile service from O2. Check here to see if there are any signal issues in your area: O2 | Service Status
