Hi,

I recently changed my 02 tariff but actually I'd like to change it back to something cheaper just like I had before. I realized the benefits were not worth it.

However, when I try to make this change myself I can only see a more expensive tariff being offered. Can you assist me in changing the tariff back to the one it was before the most recent change?

Thanks,

Thomas

You cant change back to your old tariff, you can only change to what is offered, and as you have just changed it you will need to wait 30 days before you can change it again., and then more options will be presented.

When you change your tariff it explicitly tells you this, as it is important information that you agree to...

Info on flex tariffs here Flexible Tariffs | Change your data up and down | O2

If your old tariff is still an active tariff you can switch back after 30 days.
