I have transferred everything from my S9 to my new S10. But the S10 does not recognise my sim card.
Any ideas please?

@Jacqui6

Call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support or pop into your local O2 store for a new SIM.

Also check you're putting the SIM in the correct slot in the new phone as one is for SIM and the other for SD card.

Hi @Jacqui6

You can use your old sim, as all changes are made to your account, not the sim.

Put your old SIM back in your old phone then do a SIM swap to the new SIM sent with new phone Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
