If your old phone/sim hasn't lost service and you are getting no joy with rebooting your phone, then you need to contact O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support (you can use Skype if you can't call

Thanks I hadn’t thought of using Skype to call but I was able to make contact with customer services and sort the problem.
