I have not used my sim in approximately 6 months. I entered my sim back into my phone and it doesn't seem to be working. I checked my bank account and the monthly payments have stopped coming out. I still need the sim to be active as I need to keep the mobile number. Please can you help?

Is this PAYG with a monthly bundle payment.

If so it still needs to make a chargable call once every 6 months to stay active

Call 4445 if so.

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
