Sim 1 Not Provisioned

This morning my phone stopped being able to make and recieve calls. It's now saying Sim 1 Not Provisioned, I cannot ring anyone and live chat has been removed so im stuck. I havent had a new Sim or anything so no idea why it has happened. I looked up a few fixed such as turning flight mode on and off which didnt work and going into the settings and select 02 as your network manually but it just says error while searching for networks. Any ideas? Does O2 have a support email address seen as live support has been removed. Also I have an S9 so cannot remove the sim.

It's either a sim failure or your account has been turned off, either way you'll need to find a way to speak to O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Not sure why you can't remove your sim though?

That's weird. Sim not provisioned usually means it's not activated. Yours obviously is as it was working up until today.

It may be a sim failure in which case you will need a new one. The only way is to call O2.

Managed to remove the sim found the sim removal tool in a draw of papers. Sadly same error, guess it must be faulty thanks, not the best timing.
