hi I was late on my bills and my data, calls and whole service has been stopped just as I was going to pay it, is there anyway I can get this running again today?

I'm afraid not @Mulveyluke9. Usually takes 24-48 hrs for re-connection. You need to call O2 immediately and make payment. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

thank you, you see the problem I have is I’m alone and don’t have another phone so can’t call as service has been cut off so I’m stuck

If you check my guide above @Mulveyluke9  you will see I also advise Skype for people in the same situation as you. All info about Skype and numbers to call whilst using it are in the guide I posted.
