Have you checked that your SIM is still properly in its "slot" ?

It might also be worth removing the SIM and gently cleaning it with a handkerchief or a soft cloth.

Been online already and got sorted as O2 are never available to support anymore, thank you for your reply though it was exactly what I had tried but no joy. I must have slid it in and out a dozen times and it just worked, dirty terminals 😂🤦‍♂️👍
