S20 upgrade delay

I pre-ordered the s20 ultra few weeks ago and just wondering when will I get any update or detail about delievery and I'm getting abit worried if my order wasnt confirmed but I got all the confirmation emails about it

Ive had the same problem and have been on the phone and online support most of the day getting told mixed information not getting a straigh answer

So i called o2 this evening,and the update they gave me,was all they could see is the device is out of stock on their end, and we have to wait for stock,they cant provide an update apparently which i find a bit strange
