Rolling Plans

Up until June 2023 I had a five pound big bundle with O2 which I was very happy with.  Unfortunately when my debit card expired in May 2023 as I was living in Cyprus at the time I never received my replacement card and was unable to continue with the top ups not having a debit card.

By changing my address to my English address I eventually received my replacement card in March 2024.  I wanted to continue with a five pound big bundle but being 83 years of age and a technophobe set up a rolling plan instead.  I want to cancel the rolling plan and return to having a big bundle but need help how to go about this.  Can anyone help me to do this please.  I'm confused.  Mrs Bailey
