You may find some adjustments can be made via your MyO2, @Cyclefish

And then:

Worth a shot, sometimes the MMI codes in the guide shared above fail to take effect. Good luck!

See the end of this guide Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks pgn. Did as you suggested and pop up indicated that it would take a couple of hours to take effect, but it did give me the option to set a time. Here's hoping.

Hope it works - lots of changes to the way things used to be done with O2 and the services everyone uses these days, @Cyclefish 👍🏼

Of all the suggestions the one that worked for me was turning off WiFi and selecting 2G.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Many thanks pgn. Set up call divert for the situations where I was either not able to answer, out of reception or on another call and set my chosen time and all good now.

Info on voicemail and call divert is good. I had seen the **61*901*11# code and tried it before with WiFi calling off and using 3g but it came up with a message saying invalid code mmi (804). But I will keep the info you gave as reference. Thank you MI5.

Thank you Enlli, don't have 2g option on my phone. The pgn solution works on my phone and your suggestion is much appreciated.
