My son has a new PAYG sim and i have added it to my02 with the rest of the families names but it just shows up as the number and there is no way to edit/add a nikname to the number this was possible previosuly ?

I have tried on both the App and via a browser on a PC, this just seems a complete step backwards !

Another one of O2's "improvements" @JimboChubbs

The MyO2 page was updated and that was one of the features that was removed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
