Hello. Team ,
i have bought tablet some days back .
also i have been told by the staff that as i have bought many gadgets there would be mutli saver discount on my tablet for that i wont be paying.
However, if I see my latest bill for next month . It shows me the payment of 7 pound for the tablet

Where did you get the tablet from was it an o2 store or the call centre?
As the multi saver discount is 20% that you have to apply for via text, it does not make the tablet free...
Best option is to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 or the sales team on 0800 081 0255 and get them to check..

You need to apply for the discount which is 20% per additional device.
