Hi I have left 02 but have now received my final bill which I am trying to claim a refund but signing into 02 app will not allow me to go to my bill and vlaim one also can not find any where to speak to someone about this just being sent round and round not happy some of the reason I have left very poor customer service

Your only option is to call the Payment management team on 0800 902 0217 and they should be able to help and process as refund if one is due

Anything owed to you will be refunded automatically via direct debit so leave it in place until received.
