Received confusing email about payment

Hello, I have received an email saying I don't need to worry about anything, my bills are paid up to date. And then I received another email from MYCARE@o2mail.co.uk saying that my balance is overdue, and outstanding amount 29.77... 

Could you please clarify with what is going on, and how I can make a payment, as I have closed my O2 subscription?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Hey, I too have received an email (in July) which has said that I owe £25 to an account I closed last July! I’ve only seen it tonight so will be phoning them tomorrow. Hope you manage to fix it.
