Hi - have a new O2 account and I'm transferring my old number over from Vodafone. Dropped in the request on the O2 website three days ago. Since then, nothing has happened - no messages etc. My number remains in service on Vodafone. On the 'keep your mobile number' pages it says the transfer will take two days max. Does anyone know if there are unusual delays with transfers at the moment? And how do I contact O2 to ask about the status given chat is suspended? Any guidance appreciated. Rob
