Hello, I got Disney+ for 6 months free. My account says it is activated and pay nothing until October. However i don’t have a redemption code even though I requested it. I tried to ask them but they won’t help me, does anyone know what I can do?

I recieved a message yesterday saying that I needed to update my payment information. Without thinking I clicked on the link but I realised it was a scam and didnt enter any details. Could my phone get hacked into now?

SIM CARD

During this covid lockdown, how can O2 send me a new sim card for a different model of phone? Can't do it via the web for some reason, nor the phone. Any ideas please?

Missing order
