Port has been switched, phone not activated

My port has just switched over from Vodafone to O2 And my phone has not activated. I can’t sign into my 02 because I’ve reset my password and they’ve sent me a text to confirm the account. But, I can’t receive the text because my phone is not activated. Need help.
