@ad6

What phone have you got?

You must have set up a lock screen code at some point?

A PUK will not unlock your lock screen.

You need to look at this help from Samsung https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-can-i-unlock-my-galaxy-device-if-i-forgot-the-...

If you sign into your Google account online and select 'find my mobile' there is an option within it to unlock the screen @ad6

Yes, exact details in the link posted above:

Unlock your mobile device using Google find my device feature

With Google find my device service, you can find, lock, or erase (factory reset) your phone and further can login with your registered Google account details. If you've added a Google Account to your device, Find My Device is automatically turned on.

To find, lock, or erase an Android phone, that phone must:

  • Be turned on
  • Be signed in to a Google Account
  • Be connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi
  • Be visible on Google Play
  • Have Location turned on
  • Have Find My Device turned on
