Hi you have taken out a payment which took a payment out off £377.28 which I can not afford to pay this month and his put me in an overdraft with this, with my bank, I wanted to arrange a payment plan to carry on paying my payments, I will need this money putting back into my bank as this is all I have left this month

You can always ask your bank to do a direct debit indemnity claim, but if you do owe o2 the money, they have every right to claim it, and will try and take it again.
And just so you are aware a payment plan will show on your credit file, and o2 may stop services on your phone and block the handset until all sums owed are repaid to them.. They will also add late payment fees..
