Sorry to bother you but I want to know that before the start of my contract your company charged me £420 as that you are taking these money as safety and will return it after 3 months. But I didn’t get that money and even it’s not included in my contract, so I want to know where is my that money which you didn’t return or included in my contract.
I want a answer.

You need to ask O2 to return it on your 4th bill if you have paid the first 3 bills in full and on time.
