I don’t have a security question/ answer, how do I reset my password

The best way to reset a password is by clicking on 'forgotten password'. You will then be sent a link via email which allows you to reset your password.

You'll find your security question under your details in your MyO2.

You can add or change from there.

Sign into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and go to the section MORE. Click on that. A drop down box will appear and access the section stating 'Update Personal Details' If you click on that O2 will send a code to your mobile. Once you input that into the box you wwill then be able to change  your security question and/or change your password.
