No service

I changed my tarrif and since receiving the email that the tarrif has changed I have no service. I have tried turning the device off and back on again and still no service. This is never usually a problem. What do I do?

unable to log into account

I seem unable to log into my account. No matter what i do once i input my details and click log in i keep getting @' the site cant be reached'.I keep getting this on mobile and laptop. Any ideas how to fix this annoying issue.
