Ordered a new iPad - new customer - not heard anything?

Hi,

 

I ordered a new ipad and applied for it - I think the credit check has went through as I have received my CCA and all info etc and the deposit has been taken from my account. 

However I can't look at My O2 yet as it's showing as though the account hasn't been set up yet.

I given a date of tomorrow to pick up the ipad and have a collection number etc that I received the day I ordered but can't track it?

 

Any help would be great.

You don't get tracking details for collect in store items.

Just call the store to check it's in before you travel to get it.

Take ID and your collection PIN with you.

@MI5 Absolutely nothing showing. This is my first pay monthly with O2 and it won't even let me properly see the My O2 section either...

Should be OK once you start using your new tablet.
