Order not arrived, have dispatch email, can't find order in myO2

I ordered a replacement SIM card on Monday the 25th of May, through the O2 live chat, whereupon I received a confirmation email that the order had been placed. The same day I received a dispatch email to say that the SIM card had been posted.

 

The SIM card didn't arrive this week but neither does the order appear on my list of orders on myO2.

 

How can I be sure that the SIM card is in the post?
