So I ordered a phone for next day delivery and was expecting delivery this morning easy transaction only to find it changed in tracker and will now be delivered on Monday - I could (-and should have) gone to shop - anyone know if I can cancel the order

Since you've received a dispatched email then certainly the item is with the courier. It is best to wait till Monday.

But you can contact customer service to see if they can possibly cancel that order.

To cancel the order you would need to reject the delivery at your door, and wait for it to be returned to o2, and the contract being cancelled, before starting again in store.

It sounds like UKMail, have staff off sick, hence the delivery has been put back to Monday, you could always ring your local depot to see if you could pick it up (if they have it).
