Hello,
I have recently discovered apon checking my finances that I have been paying insurance with Carphone warehouse for a phone I no longer possess.
I upgraded my phone in August 2021. The only way they will refund me my money is if I provide evidence, I sent them my existing contract that I upgraded to however this is not sufficient enough for them.
I have contacted O2 customer support and keep getting hung up on or the line looses connection and goes dead.
How do I retrieve my old contract and date this was ended.
