I’ve been having an issue with the My O2 app that when I open, I get a ‘something went wrong’ message scrolling along the top and can not see my data usage, minutes etc information. Been going on for several weeks. When I log in Online, all info is there. Tried reinstalling the app, logging in/out and followed all O2 support info. All they can suggest is to how ask on the community. Anyone any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.
