Hi all,
I'm hoping there's an easy answer to this....can't seem to find anything definitive on O2's website.
I have 2 numbers on my account and the second is used by my other half.
Unfortunately they are unable to view their details in the O2 app, a message comes up saying that details aren't available to view yet and can take 48 hours etc. etc, it's been saying this for a while.
If I go into the second contract on My O2 do I need to change the email address for the second number to make this work? Will that affect the contact details on my primary account?

Yes you do need a second email address to bring in other products
That email address becomes redundant once the accounts are connected
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
