At the top of the Accounts section of the My O2 app, it’s showing a little sim icon and a persons name next to it.
Well that name isn’t me?, any idea what’s going on?

Thanks

@Reedi

We canot access accounts on here so no idea.

Can you edit it? Is the number correct?

If not, you'll need to contact O2 directly Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

@Reedi

I have changed my name tags to be able to identify each of my accounts.

If you login online http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you should see a small pencil icon next to the device name. Try editing that to something else, then delete and reinstall your MyO2 app to refresh it.
