I moved out of the UK and haven't canceled my contract while I was still there.
Now I'm not able to reach any service representative, since you are only supporting chat through My O2 app which is not available outside of the UK.
I keep getting charged for the service that I don't use without a mean to cancel the contract.
Please advise

You can't cancel on chat anyway, the only way you can cancel in your situation is by calling O2.
