Having had 2 no. fraudulent accounts set up by 02 this year, I am in constant contacct with both your correspondence team and your fraud dept.

I have been an 02 account holder for many years, so don't understand why 02 would set up more accounts without a signature or any other details.

I was told that I should hear from the fraud people within 10 days regarding the latest crime.

I would appreciate some form of contact as it has now been 17 days.

Just for your info. I have reported these frauds to the police and the crime reference number is:-

NFRC210304361294.

Thank you in anticipation.

Martyn Kightley.

@Nuneaton4431 Use the numbers in this link to call: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Use the Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Below is alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Best time to call is 8 am.

As you already have a crime number, it sounds as if you're doing what you can, and if you haven't done so already, inform your bank to be on the lookout for any unauthorised charges to your account.

Un fortunately you need to wait for the fraud team and continue liasing with them as they don't monitor this community

I would get in touch with them urgently as 17 days is unacceptable

Good luck

@Nuneaton4431

Some additional advice for you.

If you keep getting accounts setup in your name, then its sounds like you are a victim of Identity Theft, I would suggest you have a look at this page by the Information Commisioners Office

https://ico.org.uk/your-data-matters/identity-theft/

I would highly recommend looking into the Protective CIFAS marker.
