I have been paying my o2 bill monthly however there have been restrictions put on my plan due to unpaid balance. I cannot acces my account to see what I might need to pay and sort this issue out

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
You could have missed some additional payments if you don't have a direct debit set up.
