I was registered as an O2 business customer for a period of time as I was advised of a better tariff at the time.
I switched back 18 months ago but when I log in to the website it still shows me as a business customer but my last statement on there is dated 2022.
I cannot access my account and when I try logging in through the My O2 app it says there has been a problem and My O2 isn't available to me yet. This has been ongoing for 18 months and the local store have not been any help.

O2 need to change the e-mail address over for you, @Meisdad - or give them a different address for yourself. Then contact them using any way in Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or via Social Media at the ways in the link below. For Social Media, nudge them now and then, it can take a couple of days to get a CS agent who will work with you, @Meisdad
