No Order Update

I ordered an Iphone 12 pro max on Saturday night and i selected next day delivery and it said that it would arrive Monday 11th January and it never arrived. I received an email when i first ordered my phone saying the order confirmation and the day it would arrrive. It’s now Wednesday and still no email or update on my order at all. I just want to know why and what the reason is i haven’t received anything on it. Any help would be great!

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying Upgrade to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

If i ring will they just more than likely tell me its out of stock and i will have to wait. And i will probably receive an email saying its dispatched when it does come back into stock?
