I changed my phone bill date and resumes service now my phone has no 4g and her. I try call out if just cuts off

Check your service status first https://status.o2.co.uk/ 

If ok check your network settings  and make sure you are on 4G. Save the settings and reboot the phone.

See if that works.

If not, you may need a new sim. Pop instore to get one or call O2 on any of the numbers in this guide
