I have joined o2 a week ago and had a mail to say i can choose my extra. Evertime i click the link it says sorry this page is broke or moved and i cant see another way to select my extra! Also i cant access the airtime rewards as says the number is not a valid 02 number can anyone help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
