Hi

i ordered a new phone with a contract and it’s out of stock & im currently waiting for it. Do I still get charged for next months contract of my old phone aswell as my new?

If you finalised the device contract then you only pay for the airtime when you normally would have.

When the new device arrives the new contract starts at that point, giving you 28 days grace until your first bill payment. The down-payment on the device acts as a first payment.

Billing for the new contract does not start until it is dispatched to you.
