Need new SIM. Can't login to order

Hi there,

 

You changed your network a while ago so that you need a new SIM. I only just found out now. I don't use my phone very often as I live overseas (in Germany) but occasionally it is actually very important to receive texts to my UK number to get into bank accounts etc. I only managed to login here to make this post by resetting my password for my account. Normally I can't get into myO2 at all because you need to be able to receive a text and that's not possible without a SIM. Also I can't call 202 because you need the SIM to make that call. So I humbly request a new SIM to my address here in Germany. I don't know how else to request one. Not sure O2 stores in Germany here will be able to help me.

O2 will only send a sim to your registered UK address. 

You need to contact O2.
