My tariff disappeared on my app

I received a message that I have to pay for my tariff. Once my payment got processed, I didn’t see any top ups showing up on my tariff, instead my pay as you go balance topped up. Once i tried to access my tariff, app states that i did not have one at all. Please, can you help me with this matter?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
