I preordered the Z Fold 6 and have been having a blast with it since. One thing that convinced me to place my order through O2 was that I would be able to take advantage of an offer to buy the Buds3 Pro for £20. 

 

However, since placing the order, I can't see any way that I can do this.

 

Please help.

Thank you mate, I was looking for a page like this because I've used offers like this before from O2 but just couldn't find it.

Unfortunately there has been more than 30 days, so many other users haven't got their code even after numerous calls to customer service.
