My order

Good afternoon, I placed an order yesterday at 3pm. I haven't had an answer so far. I've been waiting for the confirmation email for 24 hours. I can't even see how my order is progressing.

It will be with the Credit Referral team can take up to 7 working days to come back to you, if by next Thursday you havent heard back then contact customer services.

As soon as it is approved you will be notified.

Do you get an email to say it has been approved? I have an email saying “thank you for the order it’s full stream ahead at our end” does this mean my order was approved?
