Good afternoon, I placed an order yesterday at 3pm. I haven't had an answer so far. I've been waiting for the confirmation email for 24 hours. I can't even see how my order is progressing.

Do you get an email to say it has been approved? I have an email saying “thank you for the order it’s full stream ahead at our end” does this mean my order was approved?
