I’ve always had the o2 app and it’s been logged out when I log back in it says no products linked

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or you can call in on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone..
Be aware that this could be that your account is been moved to the new billing platform..
