Why is my o2 not working never had issue with it before I have been with o2 over 4 years

Have you tried the O2 social media team? They do get back to you, eventually and with some prodding - and they are UK based, some of them post updates on the Forum, now and then. Link below has O2's Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram details. Good luck, @JoeFathers.
