when i text BALANCE to 20202 i am not getting any response, i need to know how much data i have left

- My O2: Sign in to My O2 online or through the app to check your balance. You can also use My O2 to track your usage, check your bills, and top up your phone.
- Dial 4444: Call 4444 for free from your mobile phone and choose option 2 and 2 again.
- Text BALANCE: Text BALANCE for free to 20202.
- *Dial #10#: Key *#10# then press the call button.
