Hi,
I had an old virgin sim which was transferred to O2. I then got a new virgin media bundle which included a new O2 sim. I wasn't able to transfer my old number to the new sim which was frustrating but I cancelled the old sim contract and number, however I now cannot log into My O2 with the new number from the new sim. I've been trying to log in now for over a month. Could you please help? Many thanks

You will need to contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Also try with a new email address to signup for myo2.
