Hello,

i got into contact and said I couldn’t pay my bill. I’m going to pay this month but I think you’ve terminated my account I really can’t pay all that you expecting at once. 
please I can pay the £31 on the 24th of this month

There is nothing anyone on this customer to customer forum can do to help.

 

You need to call the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 from another phone or use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype )


And they can help
