I can't get into my O2 to check  my data usage. I just get a message that oops something went wrong etc.

@Ellonpat

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

See if the browser version will let you in, @Ellonpat - https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

You can also check your data usage on your phone itself - see here for Android, iPhone has similar functionality - and it can be more accurate than your bill shows at times, eg when roaming: Data usage by App and Data warning and limit (where you can enter how much data your contract or payg tariff permits you, and let your phone warn you as you approach that limit).  Good luck!
