Hi. Have moved over from virgin mobile about 4-5 days ago. And still can’t use the app. I am going on holiday soon and I don’t know if I can use data abroad or not? As I can’t access any info about my tarrif

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If you are travelling within the EU you can use your allowances as you would at home up to 25GB data

If so, delete and reinstall the app and try again.
